In an effort to fully understand your commercial lines background, what kind of accounts i.e. (construction, retail, professional liability, manufacturing, etc.) are you experienced with? Currently, is your book of business heavy in a particular industry?

What size accounts (annual premiums or agency revenue) are you currently involved with? Any middle market to large account experience?

Do you know what size book you're currently managing or last serviced?

Fully understanding your commercial lines service title, have you or do you assist with handling new client call-in or walk-in sales?

Which agency management systems are you familiar with, AMS360, TAM, EPIC, etc?
