Commercial Insurance Marketing Specialist | Placement Support

About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Commercial Marketing Support Specialist to join our growing team commercial insurance department. This role provides essential support to the Marketing/Placement Department by coordinating quotes, managing submissions, and ensuring accurate data across our systems. It’s an excellent opportunity for an insurance professional looking to expand their technical and industry expertise in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Obtain quotes and indications for Cyber and Employment Practices Liability (EPL) policies.
- Secure flood insurance quotes and process new business submissions.
- Maintain accurate contact and account information in agency systems.
- Prepare and update marketing comparisons and proposal documents.
- Assist with COPE research, replacement cost estimations, and data entry tasks.
- Bind insurance accounts upon request and support marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate across departments and provide occasional front desk backup coverage.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree preferred; insurance experience a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word required).

Experience with Applied EPIC or AMS360 preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
Salary Ranges: 55k-65k, plus full benefits, 401k
