Role: Copy Editor

Location: Remote (ET or CT)

Rate: $20-25/hr (w2)

Clutch is looking for a Copy Editor for a client of ours.

Responsibilities:

• Review content: websites, digital, traditional materials.
• Check for compliancy with requirements and target audience.
• Copy edit, proofread, and fact check materials.
• Support the editorial team as needed
• Gather information and fact check.
• Review and edit content for clarity, consistency, accuracy, spelling, grammar, and compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's required.
• 2+ years of experience as a Copy Editor with experience in-house preferred.
• Industry experience in e-commerce, animal health, or pet industries preferred.
• Previous experience collaborating and file sharing with a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
