Job Description
We are looking for an Office Manager to join our client's team. In this position, you will manage the agency's in-person experience by ensuring that its associates, as well as external audiences who engage with the agency, receive an elevated experience that aligns with our brand promise. This role is responsible for mapping the client's audience journey and ensuring they meet the expectations for a warm, inviting, and thoughtful experience at all touchpoints along this path.
