Project Manager – Building Division
Our client is seeking a Project Manager to lead building projects from contract handoff through final completion. This role plays a critical part in ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on field leadership with project coordination and scheduling. The role requires approximately 50% time in the field and 50% in the office, supporting crews, coordinating subcontractors, and keeping projects moving efficiently.

What You’ll Lead
Project Lifecycle Execution
- Manage projects from contract handoff through final completion
- Oversee key phases including foundations, framing, structural systems, and finishing work
- Maintain project schedules and ensure work aligns with contract scope
- Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with building standards
- Deliver projects that meet schedule, quality, and cost expectations
Field Leadership
- Conduct regular jobsite visits and support field teams
- Lead and assist foremen with day-to-day project execution
- Coordinate subcontractors and manage field logistics
- Identify and resolve issues before they impact schedule or budget
- Maintain organized, professional jobsites
This is a hands-on leadership role — not a desk-only position.
Scheduling & Coordination
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Sequence subcontractor work effectively
- Coordinate material deliveries and resource needs
- Communicate schedule updates and anticipate potential delays
- Maintain project flow across multiple job sites
Labor & Margin Protection
- Monitor labor productivity and job cost performance
- Identify inefficiencies and address them early
- Support project profitability goals
- Reduce rework and callbacks through strong oversight

Quality & Project Completion
- Conduct quality reviews throughout the build process
- Ensure proper installation standards and structural integrity
- Manage punch lists and final project completion
- Deliver clean, well-executed projects that reflect strong craftsmanship
Communication & Team Alignment
- Provide regular project updates to leadership
- Communicate risks or challenges early
- Maintain alignment between sales and field operations
- Reinforce professional, calm leadership on jobsites
