Full-Time | Medical Practice Manager | Boutique Medical Office Setting


We are seeking an experienced and motivated Medical Practice Manager to lead operations in a boutique-style medical office providing Primary Care, Urgent Care, and Integrative Medicine services in Wake Forest, North Carolina.


This is an exciting opportunity to oversee a collaborative healthcare environment that prioritizes patient experience, clinical excellence, and operational efficiency. About the Practice


Our Wake Forest office is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and technology to deliver comprehensive, high-quality care. We feature a large procedural room for orthopedic splinting and wound repair, on-site digital x-ray, and partnerships with local imaging centers for CT scans and ultrasound. We also provide a wide range of on-site laboratory services, including gynecologic exams and testing, pregnancy tests, urinalysis, vaccines, rapid flu and strep tests, and both in-house and send-out lab diagnostics.


As Practice Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring these advanced clinical capabilities operate seamlessly while maintaining an exceptional patient experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate all daily operations of the medical office
  • Collaborate closely with providers to implement programs that improve patient care and efficiency
  • Manage clinical and administrative staff, including scheduling, training, and performance oversight
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
  • Monitor workflows, budgets, and operational performance metrics
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and patient-centered environment
  • Support continuous process improvement and innovation in patient care delivery


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in healthcare or medical office management
  • Clinical background preferred (RN, LPN, MA, or similar)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-specialty environment
  • Proficient with EMR systems and healthcare operations
