About the Opportunity

We are expanding into a new hospital this spring and are actively recruiting Nurse Practitioners to join a well-established, independent emergency medicine group. This opportunity offers full-scope emergency medicine practice that combines a Community Hospital that sees 19,000 visits a year with a high-volume, modern ED that offers academic exposure and the stability & culture of a physician-owned organization.

You’ll work alongside experienced emergency physicians and residents in a collaborative environment—while benefiting from strong compensation, predictable scheduling, and long-term practice stability.

Practice Highlights

• New Community Hospital in town coming on in May
• 55 Patients per Day
• 10-12 hour Daily Mid Shift & 24 hours of Physician Coverage Daily
• Opportunity to rotate to Main Hospital
• 55,000 annual ED visits | Level III Trauma Center with helipad
• 36-bed Emergency Department (including 5 trauma bays) within a 40,000 sq. ft. facility
• 44 hours of physician coverage daily with resident support
• 24 hours of APP coverage daily and 12-hour shifts for predictable scheduling
• Full-scope emergency medicine practice

Compensation & Benefits

• Earn over $200,000 annually based on schedule and productivity

• Flexible scheduling with the ability to travel in and group shifts

Qualifications

• Emergency Medicine experience preferred
• Eligible for or currently licensed in Oklahoma
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-based emergency department
