A physician-led, specialty-focused outpatient practice is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join a growing team dedicated to the diagnosis and management of sleep disorders. This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate or experienced PA interested in a specialty setting with predictable hours and strong clinical support.


This is a newly created position with a targeted start date of July 1, 2026.


Position Highlights

  • Full-Time, Outpatient Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • No nights, weekends, or hospital rounding
  • Competitive Compensation: $110,000–$120,000 annually
  • Opportunity suitable for new graduates or experienced PAs (0–5 years)

Position Overview

The Physician Assistant will work collaboratively with supervising physicians to provide comprehensive patient care in an outpatient sleep medicine setting. Responsibilities include patient evaluations, ongoing management, and follow-up care.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient evaluations and obtain detailed sleep and medical histories
  • Assess, diagnose, and manage sleep-related conditions under physician supervision
  • Review diagnostic test results and support development of treatment plans
  • Provide patient education related to sleep health, therapy adherence, and lifestyle modification
  • Document clinical encounters accurately in the electronic health record
  • Coordinate care with physicians, technologists, and clinical staff
  • Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements


Qualifications/Education

Master’s Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program


Experience

  • 0–5 years of clinical experience preferred
  • New graduates encouraged to apply


Certifications and Licensure

  • Current PA-C certification
  • Eligible for or holding state licensure as a Physician Assistant


Skills and Competencies

  • Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
  • Ability to learn and apply specialty-specific protocols
  • Excellent patient communication and education skills
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach to care
