Overview: Emergency Medicine PA Opportunity in Northern Virginia

Join a physician-owned and managed emergency medicine group in Northern Virginia, is seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our team in Warrenton, Virginia. This opportunity offers a rare combination of strong compensation, predictable scheduling, and work-life balance within a stable, democratic private group—without the pressures of a corporate or CMG environment.

This position is based exclusively at Fauquier Health Hospital, a 97-bed acute care facility serving the Warrenton community and surrounding region. The Emergency Department sees approximately 18,000 annual visits and features a well-designed 33-bed unit, including multiple trauma bays, negative-pressure rooms, and a dedicated OB room. With full imaging capabilities and ICU support available, the environment allows Physician Assistants to practice high-quality emergency medicine in a manageable, team-oriented setting.

The schedule is designed with sustainability in mind and offers one of the more lifestyle-friendly Emergency Medicine roles in the region:

• ~120 hours per month (full-time)
• Approximately 12 shifts per month
• 10-hour day and mid shifts (Monday 8 Hr shift)
• No overnight shifts (latest Midnight)
• No call responsibilities

Compensation is highly competitive and structured to reward experience, particularly for Physician Assistants with a strong Emergency Medicine background:
