This role focuses on servicing and managing commercial insurance accounts in the Select Business Unit. You’ll collaborate with Account Executives but lead much of the day-to-day client service independently.
Qualifications

Required: High school diploma + 3 years of commercial insurance experience.

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree.

Licenses: Valid Property & Casualty insurance license.

Certifications: Willing to obtain CISR, CIC, or CRM within 18 months.
Skills & Tools

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AMS 360, and ImageRight.

Experience running virtual meetings (Teams/Zoom).
