Product Compliance Analyst (P&C Insurance)

Role Overview
This role ensures compliance with state regulatory requirements for insurance products, including forms, rates, and filings. You’ll partner with actuarial, underwriting, and product teams to maintain accurate, compliant offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on products
- Update and maintain policy forms, rates, and rules
- Support rate filings in partnership with actuarial
- Ensure compliance with state filing requirements (SERFF preferred)
- Participate in product testing and audits
- Serve as a subject matter expert and support team training
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Property & Casualty insurance experience
- Experience with state-level product filings (personal and/or commercial lines)
- Strong ability to interpret regulatory language
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- CPCU or similar designation preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $83,100 – $114,290 (based on experience)
