Inside Broker – Wholesale Property

We are seeking a Property-focused Inside Broker to market, negotiate, and bind complex commercial property risks in the E&S and wholesale marketplace. This role partners closely with retail agents and underwriters to structure competitive solutions and drive profitable growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Market and place new and renewal commercial property risks
• Negotiate terms, pricing, deductibles, and coverage enhancements
• Analyze submissions including COPE data, loss runs, and valuations
• Build strong relationships with retail agents and carrier underwriters
• Drive production and revenue growth

What You Bring:

• 3+ years wholesale property experience
• Strong understanding of CAT exposure, habitational, and large schedules
• Active insurance license
• Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills
