Who Are You?
As an Intern at Aris Hydronics, you will work alongside the founding team to coordinate the development, creation, and execution of marketing assets. This role focuses on content creation across platforms, helping to showcase our products and technology and engage our growing community.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the creation of marketing materials, including catalogs, manuals, marketing collateral, etc.
- Design presentations, reports, and customer communications as needed
- Create handouts, quick reference guides, and educational materials
- Design visual assets for web, social media, pitch decks, and marketing campaigns that communicate our mission
- Assist in developing consistent brand materials, including templates, icons, infographics, and print collateral
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to visually translate complex ideas into accessible designs
- Support event and pilot launch materials, including signage, digital invites, and environmental graphics
- Help maintain our brand library and ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints
- Support the team in daily tasks
- Shadowing members of the team to gain direct experience
- Preparing proposals and presentations based on company needs
- Participate in training sessions, meetings, shadow calls, and demos
Your Background
A successful candidate must be a good communicator, a hard worker, organized, proactive, and have an eye for detail.
Skills
- Strong visual design skills with attention to detail; interest in technical illustration and complex system visualization; passion for clean energy and climate solutions; ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Subsidy Role Information
Subsidy roles require students to have an Los Angeles County based address, and be between the ages of 18-24 years old. Once you are placed in a subsidy eligible position you will be required to present the following documents to processed in a Youth Center (AJCC):
- Identification (School or State ID)
- Social Security Card (Please ensure that it is signed)
- Birth Certificate
- Proof of Los Angeles County Residency, including a postmarked date (Report Card, Transcripts, or any mail that is under the applicant’s name)
- Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination OR valid medical/religious exemption
- Work Permit (Required for Youth between the ages of 16-17 only)
- The Youth Center (AJCC) WILL BE PAYING YOU for 160 completed hours.
- You will be required to submit Timesheets to your YOUTH CENTER (AJCC) to be paid for your time worked.
*NOTE IF YOU WERE ALREADY PLACED IN A SUBSIDY POSITION (ACADEMY/INTERNSHIP). YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO QUALIFY FOR SUBSIDY ROLES UNTIL JULY 2025*
