Generalist Intern

Company Description

Jobs Jr. is a job seeker community that gained over 200 members within just one and a half weeks. We are now migrating our growing community to Discord — where we connect job seekers, professionals, and recruiters in one space.

Our Discord community provides:

  1. Daily job updates from a variety of industries.
  2. Networking opportunities with professionals willing to share referral codes and insider insights.
  3. Interview question banks and timeline resources to help users prepare more effectively.
  4. Recruiter-hosted webinars to demystify the recruiting process and provide learning opportunities.

Our target audience includes students, professionals, and anyone currently seeking new job

opportunities. We’re actively testing different audience segments to identify our most engaged and responsive members while validating the idea of an interactive, community-driven job-search platform.

We’re also exploring how AI Agents and Gen-AI can enhance engagement and operations in online communities — making this an exciting opportunity for anyone interested in the intersection of community building, tech innovation, and social impact.
