We’re looking for a sharp, curious, and self-starting Marketing Assistant Intern to the CEO. You'll have the chance to jump in and help our CEO with all things marketing through the end of the year (maybe January). If you’re organized, a creative who's also interested in business, and love figuring things out, this gig’s for you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Helping with marketing and strategy research — think trend analysis, quick dives using ChatGPT, or pulling insights for decks and reports.
• Reviewing and approving social content (our content team’s based in New Zealand).
• Light HubSpot/email work — no worries if you haven’t used it before, we’ll train you.
• Updating and refreshing existing marketing decks with new info or visuals.
• Jumping in wherever needed to keep things moving through year-end projects.

What we’re looking for:

• Pursuing a Marketing, Business Administration, or related degree.
• Smart, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
• Strong eye for creative and social media content.
• Enjoys doing research and connecting dots.
• Familiarity with AI tools and creating the prompts.
• Comfortable learning new tools on the fly (bonus points if you’ve used HubSpot, Canva, or Google Slides).

Details:

• ~20 hours/week, flexible schedule
• Starts ASAP, runs through end of year (possible extension into January)
• Remote role
