Who Are You?

Bonanza Boots® isn’t just about boots, it’s about backing the people who build our communities: one boot, one job, one worker at a time.

We’re looking for a content-obsessed individual ready to capture real stories about real people: roofers, welders, landscapers, motorcycle riders, and the founders behind the brand. This isn’t a remote, edit-from-a-couch kind of job. This is a Boots-on-the-Ground, camera-in-hand position where you'll create short-form and long-form videos that capture more than just social media content. It gives voice to the workers who keep the world running.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shoot short-form videos for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
  • Document "Day in the Life" stories of our customers in the trades who wear Bonanza Boots® to work
  • Film behind-the-scenes content of our daily warehouse operations, sales team in action, and founder videos
  • Attend local community events, Hit the road to local events, shake hands with the real ones, and capture the Bonanza story where it lives: in the heart of the working community.
  • Help us kick off long-form storytelling, including docu-style pieces, interviews, podcast-style videos, and on-location segments

Bonus

  • You know how to mic someone up and shoot in natural light
  • Has an eye for those blink-and-you-miss-it moments that blow up on social

You may be a fit if:

  • You're a scrappy shooter who thrives in a fast-paced environment to capture engaging content
  • You're comfortable talking to strangers, especially ones who build, fix, or ride
  • You have video editing skills for Social Media (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, whatever gets it done)
  • You’re the type of person who says, “I'll try it” before “I don’t know how”
  • Your application should include a portfolio
